A jolly tale on the use of project documentation
Jürgen Van Gorp’s book explains in a lighthearted way the vital importance of documentation in project management.
It is written for both operational and project managers alike. It describes the need for a wide range of project documents and their usefulness in ensuring that things get done as they should.
